Rather than jumping straight into colours or layouts, we focus on understanding what success actually looks like.
By the end of this stage we'll have a clear direction before any design work begins.

Finding the message before designing the website
A website works best when the message is clear.
Together we'll identify what makes your business different, what your customers need to know and how information should be structured across the website.
This stage often uncovers opportunities that have nothing to do with design, but make a huge difference to enquiries and visibility.
Nothing moves forward until the direction feels right.
Planning

With the strategy agreed, I create the page structure, define the scope of work and agree exactly what's being built.

Design
Creating pages that are easy to understand and enjoyable to use
Only once the foundations are in place do I begin designing.
Every layout is created around your content, your customers and your goals rather than forcing your business into a pre-built template.
You'll see designs as they develop, with opportunities to review and refine them before development begins.
Webflow development
Building your website properly
Once the designs are approved, I build your website in Webflow using clean, scalable structure and modern development practices.
Every project starts with a blank canvas rather than a pre-built theme, allowing the website to be built entirely around your business, your content and your goals.
Performance, accessibility, responsiveness and long-term maintainability are considered throughout the build, not added afterwards.
The result is a fast, professional website that's easy for visitors to use and straightforward for you to manage.
Launch and beyond
Going live with confidence
Before launch I carry out a full review, checking performance, SEO foundations, responsiveness and functionality.
When everything is ready, I'll launch the website, connect analytics and search tools, and make sure you're comfortable updating your own content.
If you need ongoing support afterwards, I'm always available, but the goal is to leave you with a website you can confidently manage yourself.
