A clearer website for padel players, coaches and clubs
Website Strategy Report, information architecture, content planning, Webflow design and development, CMS restructuring and full technical SEO
Introduction
The Padel School had built a substantial audience through its coaching videos and online player membership. As the business expanded into coach education and club partnerships, its Webflow website needed to communicate a much broader offering.
As a UK Webflow specialist, I was approached to help bring greater clarity and structure to the site.
I began with a Website Strategy Session, followed by a separate technical audit of the existing Webflow project. Together, these provided a clear picture of what was working, where visitors could lose their way, and what the website needed to support the next stage of the business.
The Old Website

The Challenge
The existing Webflow website contained a wealth of valuable coaching content and already had a visual identity.
However, as the site had grown, new pages, sections and functionality had been added ad hoc without a clear overall hierarchy. Over time, this had resulted in muddled messaging, inconsistent design and noticeable visual drift.
The technical audit also revealed considerable accumulated complexity: 99 page records and 2,426 individual styles, alongside duplicated layouts and inconsistent approaches to content management. There were also significant gaps in the site's SEO foundations.
Improving the existing build would have meant untangling those dependencies page by page. A complete rebuild offered a much cleaner and more sustainable route forward.
The Approach & Solution
I reorganised the website around The Padel School’s three core audiences: players, coaches and clubs.
The new homepage introduces all three immediately, giving each audience a clear route into the content most relevant to them. Players can move from training pathways into structured roadmaps and membership; coaches can explore education and certification; and clubs can compare the available partnership options.
The visual design brings those different journeys together as one coherent website. Strong court photography, a more consistent typography and colour system, and greater breathing space make the content easier to scan and understand. Reusable sections create familiarity across related pages while still allowing each audience to have its own distinct message.
I rebuilt the website as a completely new Webflow project, using reusable components and a more structured approach to CMS content.
The rebuild also addressed the site's technical search foundations, including page titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimisation and alt text, internal linking, structured data and an llms.txt file to help support AI search visibility.

The Outcome
The new website presents the full scope of The Padel School significantly more clearly.
Visitors can now identify whether they are looking for player training, coach development or a club partnership from the opening sections of the homepage, then follow a dedicated journey through the site.
Behind the scenes, the Webflow build is substantially leaner. The number of individual styles was reduced from 2,426 to around 400, while duplicated layouts were replaced with reusable components and more structured CMS content.

The rebuild also created a stronger technical foundation for SEO, future content and ongoing development.
The result is a clearer experience for visitors and a considerably cleaner, more manageable Webflow platform for The Padel School team to build upon.
