Introduction
Working on behalf of East Midlands Chamber and alongside Leicester-based PR consultancy 1284, I developed a website for Devolution Leicestershire, a multi-agency stakeholder group representing organisations across sectors. The group wanted an online home for information about its aims for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, including its focus on public investment.
The Challenge
The website needed to present information for a broad audience without becoming complicated to navigate. Just as importantly, several content editors needed to publish news articles almost daily, so managing updates had to be straightforward.
The Approach & Solution
I built a simple, vibrant and responsive website in Webflow, with clear page layouts and a dedicated news CMS. The CMS lets authorised editors add articles and manage the news archive without changing page designs or relying on a developer for routine publishing.
The Outcome
Devolution Leicestershire now has a clear online home for its information and news. The Webflow CMS supports frequent updates by multiple editors, giving the team a practical way to keep the website current as its work develops.
