A distinctive property website built around the development lifecycle

Stratford-upon-Avon-based Appletree Developments needed a fresh website to appeal to landowners, developers and home buyers. After agreeing the brief with the client, Launch Agency created and secured approval for the design, then brought in Rugby Web Design to develop it in Webflow.

Appletree’s old website was small, dated and not mobile-friendly. The replacement needed to present the business and its projects with more impact, while giving the team a practical way to manage developments as they moved from construction to sale and, eventually, into the completed portfolio.

Working from Launch Agency’s approved designs, I built a bespoke, responsive website in Webflow. Its flexible design tools allowed the team’s distinctive creative direction to carry through into the finished site.

I also set up a CMS so Appletree can add and update developments, categorising projects as ‘In Build’, ‘For Sale’ or ‘Past Developments’ to display them on the relevant pages without rebuilding layouts.

Appletree Developments now has a distinctive, modern website that showcases its projects for different audiences and works across screen sizes. The CMS gives the team an easier way to keep the portfolio current as each development progresses.
